Lindbrook offers new medical office concept in Greensboro

Faced with finding a new use for vacant space in a North Elm Street medical office building, Lindbrook Development Services is trying out a new concept.

The Greensboro-based developer recently opened Regional Health Centers at 1331 N. Elm St., which features shared medical office suites that allow physicians to lease space on a part-time basis while sharing support staff and general office equipment.

It's an extension of the "executive suites" concept that has professionals leasing serviced offices with shared reception services, conference rooms and common areas. Lindbrook has seen some success with executive suites, including its partnership with Byron Office Space Solutions to offer space in Lindbrook's 324 S. Elm St. building in downtown Greensboro.
